Shipping within Canada

At Trupti, we have been working hard to build partnerships with different shippers to get your order to you quickly at a reasonable rate. We are currently only shipping across Canada.

We are also providing local shipping at a flat fee to select areas within Ontario. Based on your address, you will be presented with a "Local Delivery" option at check-out.

We are also offering free in-store pickups.

Please note that our online and in-store prices are the same and there are no additional service charges for purchasing our products online.

Shipping to the US

We’re happy to offer shipping to customers in the United States from our Canadian location. Please note that additional duties or tariffs may be applied by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control, and we are unable to estimate or calculate them in advance. Customers are responsible for paying any duties levied; failure to do so may result in the shipment being returned to us. In such cases, we will make every effort to issue a credit, minus any expenses incurred, but refunds may not be possible. All credits or refunds, if granted, are issued in Canadian dollars and are at the sole discretion of Trupti.
